With her continued history as an HR practitioner, Georgette leverages her extensive background in Human Resources to work with companies on designing processes with their end user in mind, the employee. She is able to support engagement strategy, create processes from onboarding to performance management cycles to leadership development and internships programs. 

Georgette has served on the HR Florida State Council as the Emerging Professionals Director since Jan 2023 and previously served on the board of New Leaders Council Palm Beach for several years, as Institute Co-Chair and Chapter Director. To her, the most important thing a person can do is elevate the people around you. Success is a group effort.
